Nutrition is the key to fast great results! We really are “what we eat”, “when we eat” & “how we eat” due to how this effects us on a cellular and hormonal level. Nutrition is the most important component in achieving a great level of health and fitness because when you exercise you spend energy… exercising vital nutritional resource that your body is trying to hang on to, to keep you alive. Working out is only for people who have something extra to get rid of – you must be healthy first! Cultivate life-force by ‘working in’ before ‘working out’. Exercise is a drain on bodily resources, it is the nutrients that we consume that enable you to recover, repair, improve and have day long energy. This is why nutrition is the major shareholder in the battle for real body transformation and optimum health. The method of focusing solely on “calories IN vs calories OUT” is extremely flawed.
