As we step into 2025, prioritising our well-being and productivity has never been more important. Stress is a silent killer, impacting our health, work performance, and quality of life. My recent article for the Business Executive Network Vietnam explores actionable strategies to combat stress and thrive in today’s demanding professional landscape. Rejuvenation Services: Seek out or have work provide access to rejuvenating activities like sauna sessions, ice baths, and meditation/mindfulness pods to combat fatigue and enhance recovery.
